Important iTunes and Apps question...

Hi guys

What happens if I buy a new PC and I want to move my current iTunes into the new computer? I mean, specially the apps ? I will be buying a new lap top soon and I wouldn't wanna loose my apps, I've spent over 40 bucks already on apps!!

I wouldn't think that you would have to buy the Apps again, as long as you use your same Apple ID on the new laptop.
