Empty Trash Securely

Pardon me if this post isn't in the right forum. I'm only six months with a Mac. I changed the empty trash to empty trash "securely" but I don't really like it that way. I forgot how I changed it to begin with, but in any case how do I change it back to just empty trash? Thanks for a reply.

Not in my Finder Preferences it's not. I just get the option to show a warning before emptying Trash not to change (or unchange) to always delete securely. I wish it did have that option though.
