okay i have 2 things to ask

when i try to partition a disk this message comes up

The disk cannot be partitioned because some files cannot be moved.
Back up the disk and use Disk Utility to format it as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume. Restore your information to the disk and try using Boot Camp Assistant again.

im not sure what to do here.

and also i cant seem to find my leopard disc, can i download the drivers somewhere?

Do you have your disk partitioned or in any other format besides Extended Journaled? If so, you need to make it one partition and Extended Journaled.

I don't think you can download the disk anywhere, but I'm not 100% on that. If you have a legit copy and can't find your disk, then try downloading a torrent somewhere and using your legit serial number.
