New Macbook

Ok I have just purchase the new macbook 2.1ghz from my apple store with the free ipod nano. However my nephew stuck the OSx disc in. They gave 2 of them? I was having trouble connecting to the internet. So he just stuck that disc in. Well the installation says its at least 3 hours for just disc one. Is that even normal? Seems like a really long time just to install the first disc. So I just eject it out. Now it keeps popping up this thing where it give me 3 options. 1 is to ignore it, 2 is to send it, 3 is to relaunch. Well I put the disc in and click relaunch and it keeps popping up and doin nothing. HOw can I get through this?

did you choose any options when you inserted the disk? just putting the disk in will not do anything, unless you booted from the disk.

If it is reinstalling the OS, you have no choice but to wait it out.

Just to let you know, it will probably not solve your problem...
