Everytime I plug my iPhone into my Macbook, iPhoto pops up, and the pictures on my iPhone show. Is there anyway to change this so that nothing pops up when i plug it in?

When iPhoto pops up, go to the iPhoto preferences (click on iPhoto in the menubar and select Preferences) and in the drop down menu next to "Connecting camera opens:" select "No application"
