Where can I get a very cheap mac?

Hi guys,
Just joined the forums today!
But I still dont have a mac! I am sick and tired of windows!!!! (I am getting very desperate!)
I have been looking all over for a place to buy a very inexpensive mac.
Is there a place where you can get a used/refurbished ibook g4 for $200-$300?
Or what do you recommend that you can get really cheap? I have hardly any money to spend. I have tried gainsaver.com but those prices were still a bit much for me. Thanks for all your help!

It depends on the model you're interested in.
We should start at the beginning here....
How much can you spend or what are the basics you need to a good computing experience?

Check eBay. Find some laptops you like and put them on your "Watch List" to see what they end at. I don't think you will find a good G4 iBook for under $300, but you might get lucky.

Also check craigslist.

Mac users tend to ask too much for used machines and you are making it more expensive on your self by wanting a laptop. Patience will likely find you a deal.

Don't get a Mac with less than a G4.
