Apple wireless mouse. Windows PASSKEY???

Im trying to get this bluetooth mouse to work with XP Pro when I boot off of BC. But the **** OS keeps asking me for a passkey, and this mouse doesnt have one! It wont let me connect without a passkey and I dont have one **** it.

the Mighty Mouse only works with OS X. it has the system requirements right on the box:

Bluetooth enabled Mac computer
Mac OS X 10.4.8 or later
Existing keyboard and mouse for setup
Batteries(included)


yes, i saved my mighty mouse box. so sue me :p

You can use the bluetooth mouse with XP/BC, just choose not to use a passkey. It's a bit inconvenient as sometimes Windows recognizes the mouse on a restart but usually not.
