"12 top mac apps" questions

Anyone buy this

its always advertised up top, and seem interesting for the money.

Just curious if any of you have checked this out and have thoughts/comments on it.

Don't know about the rest of them, but Nanosaur is a great game. I got a demo version (?) of it with my iBook G4 and played it constantly...not worth $49 though

I played around with the trial of whatever bank account management software it has (the icon looks like a piggy bank from what I remember). A nice piece of software, I almost bought it but fought the urge to spend money on yet another sweet program for my mac (happens way too often).

hah, i hear ya there......

My understanding is that the apps included with the MacHeist bundle are mostly on the cusp of being updated, usually by versions that require another registration.

Also, since MacHeist is known to advertise their product via spam, I wouldn't patronize them.

I have to agree regarding the likelihood of imminent software updating making your purchases obsolete.

You can get a lot of similar apps for free. Example: the alarm clock one.
