Do a search at "Pricegrabber". http://www.pricegrabber.com/

I found a full install XP SP2 generic OEM version for $60.00 + free shipping.

It works fine and is actually no different than an original Microsoft boxed copy except that it uses an OEM PID for installation. Also, you need to be aware that an OEM copy is licensed ONLY for the machine it was purchased for and may not be moved to a different machine. Read the MS EULA.
