Powerbook g3, mac os 9 installation

Hey everybody,

I have a powerbook g3. I'm trying to install mac os 9 from the cd but when booting, it load the desktop with the following message:

"Sorry, the desktop folder on the startup disk could not be created.
Try unlocking the disk."

Then I press the OK button and the computer reboots.

Any solution?
