I've done a couple searches via Google but didn't really find anything that gave me an answer, or links which didn't result in a 404 error.

Is there anyway that Spotlight can natively search Firefox bookmarks or do I have to import them into Safari to be recognized?

Khris,

I just spotlighted one of my Firefox bookmarks and got a search results box with bookmarks.html and foxmarks.log, but it didn't go to the bookmark... If you want to use a Firefox bookmark in Safari, you'll have to import it or use Firefox, as I see it...

I was able to open the bookmarks.html file, of course, but couldn't figure out how to import it into Safari... that would give you all the Firefox bookmarks in Safari in one fell swoop. You could copy one of the marks into the Broswer, but I suspect that what you're trying to avoid.

So I guess my answer would be "no" - I'm setting myself up to be wrong :)
