Finally decided to get a mac, because ive had enough of pc's.

Im getting it tomorrow :D can't wait.

Ive decided to get the Imac 24" 2.4ghz, 4GB Ram, 320HD, 256mb Graphics :)

I hope ive made the right decision ;D

Congrats Chris!!! That's a great machine you'll be getting. As long as your are patient and are ready to do things a little differently, you are more than ready for a change. Just hang out in these forums, search for answers, and ask questions whenever needed. Welcome to the forum. ;D

Thanks dude, i'll definally be staying here, ive been browsing as a guest for about a month, thanks to this place i decided to get a mac :)

When I decided to make the plunge, I considered buying a refurb from Apple.ca to save $200. After looking at them in the store, I walked out with one because I knew the wait would kill me, and it wasn't worth $200! :p

I got my MacBook Pro BTO (built to order) so I had to wait a week... seriously the night before it was delivered was like christmas eve!

I'm a Unix guy. I just recently added an MBP to my setup for college. It's great. Right now, I'm looking for a cheap PowerMac G4/G5 to put Linux on and use as a desktop. Hopefully, I can get my hands on a G5.
