Hi I had this on the digital imaging forum since the 12th and it still has no replies, so I thought I might try it here...

I'm using Leopard and the scanner works, but it's slow and every time it scans I have to reconfigure the colour etc. It definitely is not a good scanner for batch jobs or repeating same size/colour images! If you can save settings, I haven't figured out how to do that. I am looking for a different scanner (twain?) interface other than the one that came with my agfa e52 scanner, preferably free and that I don't have to reset for every scan. At the moment I don't have a lot of scanning to do but it is of a large picture that I will need to scan in pieces and then fit together in CS2...

Thanks in advance...
