cs3 deleted wrong

i deleted cs3 wrong by chucking it into the trash and deleting my trash folder now when i try to reinstall cs3 it say that it's already detected cs3 photoshop or any of the other individual programs that come with cs3. I'm running leopard aswell. please help

Have you used a program called appcleaner? I'm pretty sure it could delete the files associated with CS3. If not, I would try reinstalling it since there could be an option to repair or remove it via the installation.
