I read the comments in flickr and the ppl who were actually there have commented that steve balmer never used a laptop and the presentation transitioned slides automatically

Good point. The Microsoft sign at the front of the podium blocks the light from behind the camera and causes it to have a two-tone look. Who knows?

Someone posted a link to another photo with a different angle. No silver stripe but still a MacBook. A couple people who claim to have been there say that the Mac was used by a couple presenters earlier and was left behind when Monkeyboy's turn came up.

Are you kidding? Ballmer doesn't even have opposable thumbs, let alone the intelligence enough to operate a computer! ;D
