Access Work Mac at Home?

What can I use to do this other than .mac account?

If your corporate firewall allows it, an app like LogMeIn would do the trick.

What exactly do you need to access? If it is just files you can enable SSH on the work computer, but like SubZero's solution, the work firewall might block it.

I would like access only to the single drive available to my network at My shop (work) I would need to be able to open/read/write to the drive and max file would be around 400mb

Oh yea, my mac pro is the 'corporate' firewall I guess. heh. I have access to 3 other pc's on my network.
