Yahoo Messenger Problem

My Yahoo Messenger disconnects then reconnects straight away again. This started yesterday and has never happened before. The weird thing is, nothing else disconnects, just yahoo messenger.

Does anyone have any idea what causes this t happen?

Which version are you running? I am using the latest Beta that does both Video and Audio.

Am having the exact same issue and it's never done it before Friday that I have ever seen. Mine has disconnected as many times as yours by the way. It comes back in maybe 5 or so seconds and reconnects.

With both of you experiencing the same problem, I would have to say this is a Yahoo issue... Version upgrade or server problems could be culprit.

I have version 3 beta;

I will see what YM is like tomorow as I was out today. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only person having this problem.

Update: Yahoo is behaving itself now, no more disconnections and no more YM crashes.

Same on my end so it must have been a server issue.
