Hi everybody.
I'm a new iMac user and I have a couple of simple question for you all.
1.
A couple of days ago, I decided to clean my iMac's screen with a soft cotton rag and a couple of drops of water and rubbing alcohol, because it was all smudgy and greasy from fingerprints. The question is: is it possible that the glass screen can be damaged doing that? Later on, I noticed two horizontal and blurry gray lines across the entire screen. They're not easy to notice, but maybe they've been there all along (original LCD?)
2.
I have two dead pixels on my LCD. They were here from the beginning. Is there an allowed limit to that, or I have the legal right to ask for a replacement of my iMac?
Thank you. I hope my questions will get answered.
