1.) Run a keynote presentation made on a macbook or any other mac?
2.) Connect to a projector so an audience can see what's going on on my iPhone?

Just tried sending myself a sample Keynote presentation and Apt is correct, the iPhone will not open it. This, of course, may change with the release of the 2.0 firmware.

Export the keynote to a quick time video that you click to advance, then send that to the iPhone and open it. You will also need the iPhone video out adapter. Then it should work.
