Wow that's interesting 0.o Seems like a big old scam to me. Like the company is like 1 guy who made a website for a scam with nothing to offer, but is terrified now because of all the publicity they've gotten.

Even if they aren't with all of the lies they've sent out about where there base is, phone support etc... I hope they fail anyway.

I can almost see some real small tech company that one day was like 'here's our new product, we'll just make cheap PCs and put Leopard on them, that's what people want. Who's going to notice?' :)

So it is or is it not illegal for me to put Leopard on a PC for my own use? Cos I was just about to... now I'm a little worried.

Yes it is illegal. To do so, you would not only violate the EULA (not illegal on its own), but you would need to circumvent software restrictions which goes against the DMCA (which is illegal).

True, so far Apple has turned a blind eye to the OSX86 crowd... but that doesn't make it any less illegal.

Someone on MacRumours placed an order for $300,000,000 worth of equipment from their "shopping" page, which apparently doesn't even do a basic stock check. Others tested the buying process and got random prices on each page, and the registration process didn't work. Even if you were daft enough to try and buy any of this, I doubt the website would actually let you do so. I wonder if this isn't even some kind of "joke" page that got discovered by accident.
