Resizing of photos on iPhoto

Hey MacHeads,

How do I re-size photos on iPhoto. The website I am trying to post to will not load my 8 megapixel shots (for good reason), so I need to shrink them a bit. If anyone has the answer, or a good reason to buy an aftermarket photo program, please let me know!

Select the pictures you want, go to the File menu, select Export. Depending on what type of pictures you have, you can choose several options, file size and format being the two most important.
