iWorks trial

Have just downloaded 30 day trial of iWorks from Apple.When I opened download to install a window appeared with the message-
The following disk image failed to mount-iWorkTrial.dmg error 4960.
Solution/s??

Mid 2009 MacBook Pro  Mid 2007 iMac  4G iPod Touch  iPhone 4S  iPad
How old is your computer? I thought they were all coming with the trial pre-installed? Either way, sounds like the file you downloaded might be corrupted. I'd try to delete it and download it again.

Computer is a new imac20.delivered 2 week's ago.
