When i try to burn a home movie made in Imovie, It gets through the multiplexing stage in IDVD, then quits with a buffer under run problem.
The boot HDD has about 30g free and the HDD which the project is acessed/saved on has 60 g free.
How can i fix this problem?

What kind of connection are you using between your G4 and the project HD? If you're using a USB Connection possibly a firewire will fix your problem and/or vice versa. HTH

His G4 only has USB1 so if it is connected by USB that is most likely the problem

I am assuming that the scratch area has enough free space. I have read if you toss out your com.apple.iDVD.plist file that may help (user folder -> library -> preferences).
