How come the only place I can see an animated GIF "in action" is when it's viewed on a web page in Safari?
I'd like to email an animated GIF - and see it moving in Mail, as well as on my desktop. But all I get is the static first frame. If I email it, the recipient can see it moving (on a PC) but I can't.
Any ideas on how to breathe some life into GIFs?

I think it's because Mail only sends HTML emails when you use Stationery templates... otherwise your mail is either Rich Text or Plain text - and I don't think they can embed animated gifs.

My guess is Steve doesn't like animated gifs in emails ;)
Try Thunderbird?
