When I was a Windows user, I used to use Expression for creating/editing vector images.
Which one should I use for this purpose on Mac?
Adobe Illustrator is a way hard for me. Is there any other choice?

Illustrator is easy. You only need to know 2 tools to make vectors. Google 'Pen tool Illustrator' and you'll learn quick.

If you don't want to pay for Illustrator, you should try Inkscape. I haven't used it yet myself, but it has all the basic vector tools you would probably need and it's free. It's kind of like Gimp for Illustrator

thank you. I've tried to use Inkscape, but it seems that they still do not support Leo.
It seems I do not have other choice than Illustrator. :(

You make it sound like such a bad thing to use the industry standard, vector software. I'm confused.
