Tomorrow is the day...

I got a deal on a 2 month old Macbook and I'm going to pick it up tomorrow.... I was talking with the guy tonight and he mentioned that he had an imac as well. So I was thinking of maybe picking them both up... with the intention of selling the imac asap... My question is what should I pay for both[/] of them...

The Macbook

2.0 ghz core 2 duo.
1 gb of DDR2(supports up to 4)
80 gb 5400-rpm hard drive
13.3 inch lcd
intel gma x3100 graphics processor
built in isight video camera
slot loading combo drive(cd/dvd)
one firewire port
two usb ports
built in bluetooth
built in airport extreme

The Imac

17" Display
2.0ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
1.5GB RAM
160GB HD
Super Drive
Leopard installed...


What should I spend on both of these?

$1700 tops.

Figure about 700-800 for iMac, 900-1000 for the MacBook.

I'd go $800 max for each.

Since they aren't the newest versions (quite old)- about revision C-D, they should be lowered to about $750 for IMAC and $825 for the Macbook.

Actually the more I think about it, I do not feel it would be good for you to keep both. Just bundle up the iMac and ship it to me and I will take care of it for you..........
