spectorsoft

Is there anyway to dectect spectorsoft or any similar program if it is being used on my mac??? And if i change my admin password will it affect the usse of other users on mymacto download stuff via itunes? Last but not least if i set up parental controls with out blocking sites or places to go (just to monitor ) will i be the only one who can delete history? Thanks for your help
