What are your favorite programs/apps?

I just recently made the jump to mac (bought a brand new blackbook) and so far I'm loving it. There is not one thing I do not like. One of the things that I have enjoyed the most is the multitude of free programs that are unique to macs. Some of the ones I have found so far are:

Quicksilver
Gimmesometunes
sticky windows

These are some of my favorites and I would love to learn about more of them from some more advanced users. Thanks guys!

sticky windows is brilliant, i use it all the time. also TubeTV, allows you to save movies from online video sites like youtube etc, then also converts them to avi etc for easier using. Also Switch, brilliant free app for converting audio files. Another, Flip4Mac. Lets you watch online videos that are originally intended for WMP on Quicktime. Also, check out this web page:
