If I were you, i would create an ideal layout with layout 4 in photoshop
Use duplicate folder and chose new file
rename the folder and chose duplicate folder again and re-import the photoshop folder back in to the original psd file
that way all the photoshop layers will not have the later _copy name and you will not have to rename every single layer again (if you use duplicate layer set)
Hope that all makes some sort of sense, contact me it that doesn't make any sense, you will need photoshop to make this work
