Extracting multiple Folder tree contents - automatically

If I had a large folder with multiple folders inside (Some with multiple folders within folders etc) is there a way I can extract the contents to one other directory, renaming duplicates (one.mp3 and one.mp3 for example - when integrated the second one would be renamed one (copy).mp3) automatically

I dont know how to do this but in fairness I am thick

Any helps appreciated

Not sure if this will work properly, but how about running a spotlight search on the main parent folder, and then select all those files, and move them to a new folder. It might just work...
