XP Upgrade and Bootcamp

I am sure this has been posted before, but can someone help me out in installing XP upgrade (not full) via bootcamp? I have scoured the internet for help on this, and lots of folks have found ways to do this, but I need a little more help than I was able to find.

I am a college student and cannot purchase the full version of XP. I have the upgrade version of XP Pro legally, as well as Windows 95, and 98 to prove, during the bootcamp install, that I have older versions of Windows.

If you know someone with the full version of XP Pro, install that but use your CD key. I did this with an old laptop, i've only got an upgrade copy but i borrowed a full version of XP Home.
