I have a problem with Pages '08.

When I open Preferences or Template Chooser they are too big and I can't see the last part of the page, it is off the bottom of the screen. I have tried altering the magnification which works with open documents but not Chooser etc. I thought the screen resolution might be the problem but it isn't. I am sure the solution is fairly simple but I can't find it despite searching.

Can anyone help?

This sounds strange. The pref pane you can move around the screen by clicking and dragging the top of the pane. The other problem maybe that you can't see the lower right hand corner drag handle of the template pane .
Try clicking on the green button at top left to see what happens

Yep. Hitting the zoom button should solve the issue.

I can drag sideways but not up and down; tried the green button but still can't see the whole page.

However, I think I have now solved the problem - it was the screen resolution. It was set at 1024 x 640, I have changed it to 1024 x 768 stretched and can now see the whole page!

Thank you for your help.
