Looking for an app

I am looking for an app, I believe I had at one time, I've seen in "Post Your Desktop Threads"

Its a bar, be it Konfabulator or just an application, but its full of information, Date, Time, Current Song, Weather, etc.

Any one know what I'm talking about, I can't seem to find it.
