When I got home from work last night my daughter greeted me with "Happy Pi Day". I had never heard of "pie" day then I realized tomorrow (now today) was 3/14 (3.14). She showed me a bracelet and necklace she had made in her math class with different colored beads and each color represented a number. The bracelet showed Pi to 30 places and the necklace to 50 places, kind of a different way to teach kids Pi.

(i guess actually 15:93, but that's not a real time - at least in this dimension... ;P)

Well...

if 1500 = 3:00 PM

and if 0093 = 93 minutes

then

3:00 PM + 93 minutes = 4:33 PM

If you convert the percents to minutes and seconds, 3/14/08 at 3:55 and 48 seconds is about as close as you can get to the nearest second, I think.
