Does Avram Grant have to win a trophie to keep his job?

After his latest humiliating defeat to Barnsley on the back of losing the league cup to tottenham and his record against the rest of the big 4 (1 draw with liverpool at 'the bridge and 2 defeats away to arsenal and manchester united respectively) does Avram Grant have to win either the premiership or the champions league to keep his job?

I would guess soccer (football) because of the Manchester United in there.

Nope. That's cause even if he gets a trophy, he would still lose his job in the end. That's the way things will go I'm sure.

I don't think he deserved the Chelsea role - I don't think he's a proven manager.

I think he will need to win something to prove he has what it takes to manage a top 4 team. I'd guess the Champions League is the easier target...

Bring back Jose - he was entertaining

Avram Grant is not a premiership quality manager - He should be replaced at the end of the year.

That said no matter how well you do you are always going to be criticized due to Abramovic and how much money he puts in!

just seen a very gud clip on sky der showin mourinho and grant on spilt screen in thier respective carling cup finals before extra time mourinho had the players hudled round him listening intently as he pointed and stood tall and proud whereas Grant sunk into the background and let his players break off into factions as he did no talking lol it was hilarious.

Though I now agree either way Grants out. Though when we were talkin in school today the teaher made a good point sayin Jose wuill never return under Roman because if Roman was tot take him back it would be handing the power in the realationship back to Jose. Something Abrhamovic couldn't contemplete.
