Apple Watch 4 for my girlfriend

Hi, I have been doing much reading on smartwatches as I want to get one for my girlfriend. Many sources are reccomending the Watch 4 as a top option. Have any ladies or anyone who know a woman with the Watch 4 got feedback on what it is like. Hard to say as the style is an acquired taste, but I am mostly looking for fitness and smartphone features.

I'm not a woman, so I cannot comment on your question, but for the  Watch to work, your girlfriend will need an iPhone. Just wanted to make sure you knew that before you spent your money on it.

The Apple Watch is a good smart watch for people with Apple devices. As Jake mentioned if she already has an iPhone, pairing it up with an Apple Watch is good. It is a good amount of fitness tracking and is an extension of commonly performed actions on the phone. If your girlfriend wears watches, this might be a good bet. Everyone in my family (me, wife and daughter) have Apple Watches and they work fine (not sure what the "for women" or "for men" about it).
