Hi

A little niggle.

I’m trying to make the screen when lifted from my side for example to activate quicker?
It can be very slow waiting for screen to respond

Is there a way to remedy this?

Thank you everyone

You might want to power-cycle the AW and see if it is still slow. I have a AW3 and when I lift my hand, the screen is visible and usable immediately. You should check to see which apps are running and close them all to see what impact it is. I tend to not have any apps running in the background.

Click the button underneath the crown once to see all the running apps. Slide left on each one and hit the X to close it. Then press and hold the same button until get the Power off dialog. Choose the power-off option and once it turns off, turn it back on by pressing the crown.

Surely, neither of these are fantastically new features of an electronic device that you had never heard of before?

I didn’t realise it was the same system of swipe. Great advice. Thanks

Excellent. With these devices constantly being on, we get used to expecting it to perform consistently throughout that time and while these devices make an admirable effort, a restart once in a while definitely helps. :)
