I finally found out how to stop the  watch from showing the "now playing" screen on arm raise whenever I was listening to anything on my iPhone. Go to the watch app on the phone, General, Wake Screen and DE-SELECT the "Auto-launch Auto Apps" box option. Now the arm raise will show the time, not that "now playing" screen!

Thanks for the tip. I listen to audio books and I noticed the player showing. I had not had the time to look up how to get rid of it. Saved me some time - Thanks Jake!
