I have Apple TV running off a wireless modem - I also have a wireless mobile ISP from a different carrier.

Wondering if its possible to keep appletv connected through the modem yet still surf the web with the other wifi signal?

    No it's not.

There's no way to do it and even if you could there's no way you could determine which traffic you wanted to to route to each connection
