Anyone watch the event?

I was interested going in regarding Apple’s rumored TV service . . . after watching, my main reaction was, Meh. Nothing for me to see there.

The News+ service, on the other hand, looks like something I might actually use.

I thought about the News + Service and the subscriptions to magazines and the Wall Street Journal, but not sure I like the $9.99/month price per service. I'm already dealing with a cable company here in the DFW area that keeps raising prices. I really don't need any more monthly expenses especially since right now we looking at replacing my wife's Camry. Sticker Shock! :sd

And from what I gave gleaned from the few sources available, Apple News plus is probably not available in the UK and some other countries yet.

Ouch!
Camrys are great cars, we’ve owned a number of them through the years. Unfortunately they don’t last forever.
The $9.99 price tag is the only thing that keeps me from immediately signing up for News+. I’m still calculating to see if it is worth it to me.

And, Ian, I believe you are correct. Roll out in UK is later this year or perhaps early 2020, can’t remember which
