Anyone hear anything about Apple's Black Friday deals?

About the only time I have seen Apple put their new products on sale... Just wondering what people expect to see?

i went to an apple store on a friday one time and they had all the returned and open box stuff in the back area for sale with great markdowns some stuff over 50% off but no computers. are you referring to that?

I have never known Apple to do Black Friday sales. Those are more common for in stores like target, walmart, circuit city, best buy.

Apple controls there own supplies so they would know if it is worth their while to do any deals

what you are refering to is when the stores sell the stock thats been on display and yes its normally at a good rate and thats all they sell

Black Friday = Day After Thanksgiving when a lot of places have stuff on sale

I was at the apple store yesterday at malll of america and there was a poster that said that there would be savings in the store on friday, but none of the employees had any info
