After $8M victory, Personal Audio sues Apple again over same patent

Less than two weeks after Personal Audio won an $8 million decision against Apple, the company has once again sued the iPod maker over the exact same patent, but in a complaint that targets new devices.

I doubt this will fly. This constitutes double jeopardy, and is Personal Audio's fault for not recognizing it during the first lawsuit. Otherwise, other companies could just "wet their feet" with small claims, and go big with a larger claim if they win the first one!

God, I hate patent trolls! It's one thing to claim compensation for patent infringement or whatever, but to try and double-dip is blatant greed and stupidity!
