While that's nice to read, IMO, Consumer Reports is run by a bunch of folks who wouldn't now their posteriors from a hole in the ground. These are the same bozo's who still recommend not purchasing the iPhone.
I used to read Consumer Reports faithfully and especially liked when they did their annual Auto review. But lately (actually the last 5 years or so) they just don't seem to "get it". The only thing that keeps them on the newsstand these days is their name. Their reporting in my opinion has become irrelevant.

The thing is though, CR gets A LOT of things right in terms of reliability. Their opinion's mean nothing to me, but I still enjoy going to the local book store to relax and read CR, along with other magazines.
