What are they doing when this happens? What version of macOS? What frequency does this happen at? Does it happen in Safe Mode?

Your client has Symantec antivirus installed. It is not needed and not helpful. Have the client uninstall it following Symantec instructions to get rid of it. Also, I think, Something from Google labeled com.google.drivefs.filesystems.dfsfuse, is installed, which if it related to a third party drive named Fuse, which is a tool to write to Windows-formatted NTFS drives. If that isn't needed, get rid of that, too. If it is needed, consider ParagonNTFS, which is the utility recommended here. If it is something else, then consider if it is really needed. Personally, I tend to distrust just about anything from Google, but not everyone is so inclined. Anyway, do what can be done, then see if the panics stop.

Unfortunately, Symantec is required for our company and Paragon is a real estate lookup, which all agents in the country use. Do you think that is what is causing the kernel panics?

Disregard the Paragon statement. I'm going to see what that Google product is being used for.
