Macbook Air Diagnostics

Ran the diagnostics and completed within a matter of minutes with no issues. On startup again it wants me to sign in as a "Guest".
]Since posting this the problem has been resolved.

Yes, I actually posted it for a friend. She resolved it by putting in the correct password.
