I have changed the SSD.
Reset the NVRAM and SMC with no success, it will hang and get stuck on grey screen. Can you please identify the issue here?

It appears the problem is with the hard drive.

Root disk errors: "Could not recover SATA HDD after 5 attempts. Terminating."

You stated you changed out the SSD, but did you change the SATA cable that connects the drive to the logic board?

No wonder, I used another ssd and it still gave the error. Can you please share the part number with me for the sata cable ?
