Well here is a comparison from Apple refurbished. So in comparison yours is $200 cheaper. But make sure it is a reputable seller and that Applecare+ is available even if you decide not to purchase it.

I have a 2017 13" and I love it. FYI - I put a keyboard cover on it shortly after I bought it because this is one of the models that is known for keyboard failure due to dust getting under the keys and it stops working. I have had no issues but I purchased applecare+ and put a clear thin cover on the keyboard.
