Do you have a mouse and spare keyboard that you could try? And are you using any software to enhance the trackpad?

yes I tried external mouse and keyboard and I have a fresh install without anything else. I just tried to reinstall OSX again and I got stuck at the install wizard. I guess even reinstall OSX doesn't do anything.

This one is a real head scratcher! We keep thinking that it's software which is causing this but after all you've done and the reinstalling of macOS hasn't solved anything, we may be faced with an obscure hardware problem. One that doesn't show itself in Safe Mode.

Try booting to recovery (command + r as soon as you hear the bong sound), select utilities, Disk Utility. Then, run First Aid on your Macintosh HD. Let's see what it says.

It should say that the hard drive appears to be okay or something like that. Is that what you mean?

Try using your System Preference Energy Saver pane and set both the computer and your display slider controls to Never.

Do you have anything in your Startup Items? If you open System Preferences > Users & Groups, what items are listed to open at startup?

I tried that too already, but still freeze =/

I figured that you might have already done so, but thought I would mention it in case.

As bizarre as this seems to be, I was rather surprised when I tried a Google search on the problem how many hits came up listing the same problem. You may want to have a look at that of course includes your own posts on this forum:

MacBook pro freezes if the mouse not moved

Maybe there is a good solution in one of the hits in that list. Hopefully you can find one.

I can't help thinking if the old Mac System fix of deleting the Finder Preferences file (.plist these days) then restart, might fix it as you've tried pretty well everything else. ???

Personally I'd be willing to give it a try if it were my Mac 'cause that sure not working properly the way it is, and would be very annoying.

3 of them are my posts on different forums =) However I found one that I didn't find before. It seems the issue was something related to the logic board.
