Here's a screen shot of my iStat display. Temps are in Fahrenheit. They seem a bit high.

I just upgraded my hard drive a couple of weeks ago, and while my computer was open I cleaned out as much dust as I could. Is there anything else I can do (other than keeping it elevated off my lap) to make it a little cooler running??

I would be more concerned about the high revs of your fans .... Not the temperature.
Are you using a app. To manually control them ?

No...that's just what the computer decided they needed to do. I just opened my computer back up from about an hour of rest and the fans are currently running at about 2000 RPM (funny thing...when I started typing that sentence they were running at around 4500 RPM).
