Help me solve this problem - excel,performance issue and broadband connection

1. Limited performance capacity of MAC:
a. When my MAC as accessing an excel / word document takes about 3 minutes.
b. Some program takes longer to start and I need to constantly restart my MAC if a program hangs.


2. On internet connectivity from Broadband USB stick for MAC.
a. Not able to connect to internet due to limited access rights.


Appreciate if you could help me solve the problem.

Koko, it would help if you listed the spec on your mac (Processor speed, memory, OS version, Office Version, etc)

1. How many fonts do you have installed? MS Office checks your font library every time you open one of it's component apps. You could also have a bad font installed, check font book for this.

2. That's a question for your mobile broadband provider, you're best bet is to give them a call.
